Snowscoot/Snowbike/Snowskate
The snowscoot and snowbike  are like scooters and bikes for winter, skates replace the wheels.

Whether it be winter or summer Crans Montana has the parks for any thrill seeker. Bike parks in the summer offer trails for all riders with two very different downhill runs with technical sections. The trails through the alpine zone with a view of the whole of the Valais and the Rhone Valley. The Wakepark is located on Lake Etang. Since 2013 they have had one cable and now have a second one to enable further race and tricks to be done. It can be enjoyed from the age of 8 years old up as long as you know how to swim, and have private accident insurance. The sessions last 10 minutes and can be done with a wakeboard, skis or buoy.

Winter Snowpark - for over 15 years Crans-Montana hosts Swiss and International riders and internationally renowned events. The 100,000 m2 of Crans Montana Snowpark is spread over 2 sites and offer beginner to pro modules, crafted to perfection by the crew of shapers . The crew pushes their creativity every year by imagining new modules and lines to deliver a unique evolving snowpark year on year. The main park allows each rider to compete in his line of kickers M to XL, a half-pipe, big bag and jibs. Professionals such as Sammy Carlson, Nick Goepper, Pat Burgener and Nico Vuignier have tested and approved them all. Thanks to the exceptional situation south of the snow park, jumps are in the shade and in the sun is the chill area with music and a barbecue.

When it comes to Winter activities.there are few which appeal more to families than the chance to enjoy a dog sled safari.For children and grown-ups alike it is an unforgettable experience and a real holiday highlight. There is something about the dogs, their furry faces and infectious enthusiasm for everyone that cannot help but put a smile on your face.  Their delight at hitting the trail is quite clear as you hear their excited barks and howls, long before you set eyes on the dogs as they love nothing more than to dash across the snow.

Snow Island, located on the golf driving range, is open every day throughout winter from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Winter activities available here include snowtubing (CHF5/45 minutes), and a sledge run, ski run, carpet lift and ski lift (CHF10 seven ascents, CHF15 day ticket), snow carousel, ESS Crans ski kindergarten, Bibi's house, return transport service between the sporting and driving range (CHF2 each way), an indoor and outdoor snack bar, and floodlit nighttime activities.

Next to Snow Island is a new building with 50 indoor seats and large sun terrace. Families can get to Snow Island via a snowmobile or drive to the convention centre and walk the last 200 metres following signs.

Another way to explore the Haut-Plateau and Rhone Valley. It’s said that the Haut-Plateau of Crans-Montana is like a balcony looking over the Rhone Valley. In a hot air balloon, you’ll experience the unique sensation of being on your own balcony…above the balcony. In absolute silence – with just a blast of hot air now and again, and your pilot’s explanations – you’ll be in the very best seats to take in the whole resort, typical local villages, incredible alpine views and below, and the shimmering magic of the River Rhone. Individual or group hot air balloon flights. Tethered flights on request.

Summer or Winter with a Swiss Federal Diploma and the international recognition of the UIMLA .  you hiking companion can take you across the Valais, whether for half day or several days traveling , mountain cabin or hotel. Depending on your preferences, your level and the area you want to discover, thas can be adapted and customised for families and groups.

A different beach awaits you this summer. The Omerga European Masters is taking place in the middle of July, the concept of the Beach has been reconsidered due to the occupation of the parking by the Open tv trucks etc... Nevertheless all summer long you'll find a real sand beach in the centre of the resort! The place to be for families and beach lovers. White sand, a lake, deckchairs, games and entertainment for all ages.
