In a market crowded with sushi joints, this one is an original, and remains a standout with its unique selection of specialty rolls and unpretentious service. The ambience is loungy, trendy and very grown up, but if you happen to arrive with a little one in tow, he or she will be treated like a celebrity! Every Japanese restaurant offers salad with ginger dressing, and Aji's is exceptional. If you like sweet and savoury together, try the Paradise Roll with spicy lobster and fried banana. The surf and turf includes a 4oz filet mignon and lobster tail in truffle mushroom sauce and the price is quite reasonable. Save room for fried ice cream!

With quarried stone, wood, and fireplaces and detail oriented and attentive service, every guest is treated to a VIP experience. Marbled, aged prime steaks and fresh sushi dominate the menu, which also includes organic chicken breast and the Hawaiian "fresh catch" flown in daily. Stylish spot with rustic furnishings pairs seafood & sushi with canal views from patio tables and has some of the best views on the east end. Conveniently located at the west side of the Shinnecock Canal between Southampton and Westhampton. They have really put a lot into redecorating it. They have a nice cocktail selection. Good food with something for everyone. Nice brunch but parking can be tight.

Locals have been gathering at Fellingham’s Restaurant Sports Bar in Southampton Village for three decades cheering on ballplayers and sharing village gossip over juicy steaks, burgers and clanking beer mugs. When the quest for a Long Island restaurant serving exceptional food without the fanfare of white tablecloths proved futile, Rafe Worthington and his partner, Marina Rutherfurd, opened Station. The restaurant offers an easy going approach to fine dining, with dinner served in a cosy indoor space or at outside tables laden with mason jars of wildflowers. Whether  for the weekend brunch or to enjoy one of the ‘Jollification’ cocktails served up by the house mixologist and kicking back to enjoy some live music guests can linger on into the evening and enjoy this relaxed restaurant. 

Great place to dine either inside or outside, the ambiance is good, professional and friendly with an extensive menu or try the 'design your own meal’ option !!! With a great bar area you can even get a pint of the black stuff! The New Moon features a warm, country atmosphere - the owner Ron describes the menu as "American cuisine with a Texas flair and Shana has been making the desserts at the New Moon for 15 years - she credits her mother and grandmother with teaching her how”!
