THE BAY HOUSE designed by one of Corfu’s top architects, has six king size air conditioned bedrooms each with en-suite comforts and a private terrace with views. Constructed over two floors, with two wings, the ground floor living space provides a large comfortable lounge and bespoke hand crafted Chalon kitchen, which in turn leads outside to the alfresco dining terrace. The lower ground floor is also home to a wine cellar, media room, sauna and spa treatment room, gym room equipped with a treadmill, spinning bikes and free weights.
Outside there is a private sixteen metre infinity pool and comfortable seating areas with views over treetops to the sea below. . The spacious courtyard, outside patio dining, reatively landscaped garden with indigenous flowers, herbs and shrubs bring happiness and relaxation to any soul. To make your stay more enjoyable chef service is available.

This house is everything it looks in the pictures and more, the layout around the infinity pool and interior design are second to none but the view from every room is what really makes this house so special. My family and I wanted to stay another week (if not indefinitely!) and the agents for the property are more than helpful to cater to any needs. The main town of St James is close as are all the top restaurants on the island. Each time I find something I didn’t before. Its perfect balance of great design, relaxed atmosphere and the wonderful help there make it a place for me to go and unplug. A perfect place to “do nothing” or take day trips to the great ruins, the beach or even Tulum… perfect.

Exceeded the already high expectations
My friend and I just returned from 4 amazing nights in THE PLANTATION.
We had spent a few days in Merida, and the trip to the country was a fantastic counterpart. As you enter the grounds, beautiful landscaping and nature surrounds you. At the center of it all is the contemporary designed house, which exceeded the already high expectations we had before we arrived!
The days were warm and relaxing and magical fireflies lit up the grounds as twilight began. the owners suggestions for daily outings were interesting, tasty and offered many insights into the history and local culture of the region.
The caretakers were very warm and helpful and they cooked us an outstanding regional meal, which I highly recommend. We had a great time communicating with them using an iPhone language translation app!
We can't wait to return with additional friends in the near future.
