Istria: Facilities of the villa include bicycles, so you can connect to the bike paths directly from the villa, or visit the nearby village of Visnjan, where you can find typical Istrian restaurants, bakery, grocery store or post office.
The villa has four bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom, and is furnished in a traditional, industrial style. Part of the villa is a cellar with an adult’s playroom and children’s playground. In the private garden you will find a large 50m2 sea-water pool and Sun loungers.

This house is everything it looks in the pictures and more, the layout around the infinity pool and interior design are second to none but the view from every room is what really makes this house so special. My family and I wanted to stay another week (if not indefinitely!) and the agents for the property are more than helpful to cater to any needs. The main town of St James is close as are all the top restaurants on the island. You will have everything you need here to make the perfect holiday, I know we will be making a re-booking! 5 of 5 stars

Exceeded the already high expectations
My friend and I just returned from 4 amazing nights in THE PLANTATION.
We had spent a few days in Merida, and the trip to the country was a fantastic counterpart. As you enter the grounds, beautiful landscaping and nature surrounds you. At the center of it all is the contemporary designed house, which exceeded the already high expectations we had before we arrived!
The days were warm and relaxing and magical fireflies lit up the grounds as twilight began. the owners suggestions for daily outings were interesting, tasty and offered many insights into the history and local culture of the region.
The caretakers were very warm and helpful and they cooked us an outstanding regional meal, which I highly recommend. We had a great time communicating with them using an iPhone language translation app!
We can't wait to return with additional friends in the near future.

Words can not describe the luxury and relaxation that is awaiting you at THE RANCH
I went on a girls trip to Merida and this home exceeded our expectations. The property and accommodations were exceptional. The home is beautiful and well maintained with secret treasures all over the property. After spending the day sipping margaritas by the pool we would move to the roof where we could watch the sunset or out onto the lush property to watch the fireflies flicker with breath-taking beauty. I highly recommend this property - you will have an unforgettable experience!
