Beautiful, panoramic views: THE LEVI AURORA Luxury Villa provides its guests with an 180-degree view of unobstructed Lapland scenery at its foothill location of 360m above the sea level.  One of the highlights of this beautiful, panoramic view is Kumputunturi (581m). The location of the villa together with the unique view is the luxury experience we want you to enjoy.

With 300sqm of internal space the villa has three floors with ample space for the whole family together or quieter areas for self-relaxation. The carefully selected Luxury designer furniture and the far-reaching views will enhance the ambience and relaxation. Our large TV lounge located downstairs spots 55” HDTV screen, PS4 and modern Genelec speaker system for watching films, enjoying music or gaming. This is a purpose designed area for spending time and offers possibilities for larger groups to utilise the villa. While kids  watch a movie, adults can enjoy fireplace and glass of wine in the middle floor and at the same the youngest ones can even go to sleep upstairs.

Bedrooms are in the first and third floor furnished with high-quality Finlayson double beds, which can be split to two single beds. There are 4 bathrooms and a shower in every floor. The villa provides room for 15 people.(Final cleaning: included. Bed clothing and towels: £22 / set) 

Sauna is an integral part of everyday life in Finland. The special log-wood furnished sauna is easy to use and enjoy and is furnished with hundreds of years old “kelo” wood and has enough room for 12 people. Just press a button and it’s nice and ready in 60 minutes. The adjacent dressing area has its own restroom, fridge and glassware.

Our large 8-person outdoor jacuzzi is heated all year around. The views, LED lighting and custom-made fireplace complete the experience. Enjoy the Midnight Sun and 24 hour brightness in the summer months. In the winter time the sky is filled with stars and coloured with Northern Lights.(Outdoor Jacuzzi £199/ visit) 

AURORA HUT was built in 2018, it is a beautiful outdoor hut at the front of the villa that offers unobstructed views to the Ounasjoki river valley and the North-Eastern sky.  Reindeer hides are provided, that are warm and comfy to sit on, log wood and special pans for cooking. Truly an experience to remember! (Aurora hut £249 / visit)

Skiing Levi offers world-class alpine skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing conditions. Distance to the nearest ski lift is only about 600 meters. During the summer these same tracks and routes are popular among hikers and mountain bikers.

Exceeded the already high expectations

My friend and I just returned from 4 amazing nights in THE PLANTATION.

We had spent a few days in Merida, and the trip to the country was a fantastic counterpart. As you enter the grounds, beautiful landscaping and nature surrounds you. At the center of it all is the contemporary designed house, which exceeded the already high expectations we had before we arrived!

The days were warm and relaxing and magical fireflies lit up the grounds as twilight began. the owners suggestions for daily outings were interesting, tasty and offered many insights into the history and local culture of the region.

The caretakers were very warm and helpful and they cooked us an outstanding regional meal, which I highly recommend. We had a great time communicating with them using an iPhone language translation app!

We can't wait to return with additional friends in the near future.

“Great house, great location, great holiday”
We stayed at THE BAY on our 3rd trip to Barbados having stayed at Royal Westmoreland in previous years. We had high expectations given the photos and were not disappointed. As it turns out, the photos don’t do the house full justice. 

This is a unique house which we struggled to fault at all. In total we consisted of 6 adults and 2 kids and not once did we feel that we struggled for space. The house is very open and airy and set in a location which captures fantastic views and a nice breeze throughout the day and night. As the other reviews state you couldn’t get much better in terms of location. Short drive to Holetown one way and Mullins another short drive the other way. At the bottom of the hill is a great beach too.

Seaside Paradise

Portuguese paradise. Ten minute walk to a sparkling clean and uncrowded beach and easy access to the small town for shopping and dining. The house itself is tastefully appointed with a homey warmth, no details were spared, including cozy blankets everywhere, indoor and outdoor dining spots, pool toys, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen and so much more. The roof top pool was perfect for post-beach/pre-dinner cocktails!  We had reserved bikes that were waiting in the drive on arrival, arranged for a massage therapist to visit the house for massages, and helped with difficult restaurant reservations in Lisbon. The house is perfectly situated for a family vacation, enough community space for everyone to gather but then also enough individual space for each to have time alone. 

We will return!
