THE VILLA MasSERVIERES is situated just 2 steps from the city centre of Saint Remy de Provence 2 kms, this old farmhouse completely restored is surrounded by a park of 2.7 ha of greenery inhabited by an olive grove, a wood and a lavender field.
This farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 and the owners have taken great care to keep the Mas to a Provencal authentic look but with all the modern features, a great place for holidays with family or friends. It is located in a beautiful pine forest with direct access to hiking trails

Facilities
Mas Servieres consists of on the ground floor with 2 large living rooms with fireplace, facing south and overlooking the large terrace with incredible views of the Alpilles and the pool. The large windows of the living room open completely and thus give an incredible feeling of open space to the outside.
A dining room, the dinning table can be converted into a pool table and a independent high-end equipped kitchen offering a friendly and functional space with its central island and a table for 8/10 people, a separate laundry room. A gent’s cloakroom with washbasin & WC
Upstairs on the first floor accessible by 3 stairs, they are 6 elegant rooms with new bedding facing south overlooking the garden, the pool and the Alpilles hills. Two with King size beds three with Queen size beds and one with 3 single beds of 90 cm beds ideal for children.(this room two of the beds can be made up as a double bed) There are 5 modern bathrooms and 3 WC
Outside the garden consist of parkland of 2.7 hectares including 1.5 hectares fenced. An olive grove of 150 Olive trees, mature trees and lawn with a small lavender field, including a large terrace with a pergola with dinning table seating for 12 with gas barbecue, and additional comfy seating area. A swimming pool 16 x 5.5 treated with salt, secured by automatic rolling shutter and a depth 1.4m, the pool is lit at night.
There is pétanque court (Boule/Bocce) lit as well or if one wants other entertainment there is a pin-pong table.
St Remy-de-Provence just over two kilometres, its a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colourful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see.
The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence is considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France, Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès and the are other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at only 45 minutes' drive and to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses.

“Great house, great location, great holiday”
We stayed at THE BAY on our 3rd trip to Barbados having stayed at Royal Westmoreland in previous years. We had high expectations given the photos and were not disappointed. As it turns out, the photos don’t do the house full justice.
This is a unique house which we struggled to fault at all. In total we consisted of 6 adults and 2 kids and not once did we feel that we struggled for space. The house is very open and airy and set in a location which captures fantastic views and a nice breeze throughout the day and night. As the other reviews state you couldn’t get much better in terms of location. Short drive to Holetown one way and Mullins another short drive the other way. At the bottom of the hill is a great beach too.

What a beautiful house with a gorgeous view facing sun set and rice field; “you can not talk of such a place without crashing your decor, exceptional it is true! Imagine just come face to green rice fields and fields dotted with disheveled huts lonely 180 ° and 400 meters from the best beach on the coast. We had the chance to enjoy this place early June, it was perfect: sunny, lovely beach, warm enough water, very quiet… like a paradise; we would definitively come back to visit.

Best vacation ever
We had the absolute best vacation at this gorgeous property. Everything was perfect. I have rented many many houses and villas over the years and by far, was the most responsive and considerate of all that I have rented. Arranged for daily cleaning and a chef to come twice. The experience could not have been better and the house is even better than it looks in the pictures. Its a gorgeous, magazine-spread-worthy home. As a Senior Vice President at The New York Times i have travelled the world and was seriously impressed, we cant wait to return!
