The Villa SUNSET DELUXE is set in grounds of 10,000 m2, close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island and only a 15-minute drive from the airport and from the town of Ibiza. The property boasts a minimalist design and breath-taking views over Dalt Vila and the sea.

The pool area, with an integrated Jacuzzi, offers a perfect place to relax with a superb panoramic view over the Mediterranean. The outdoor area also features a BBQ as well as a chill out area alongside gardens and lawn areas.

To ensure your safety and peace of mind there are security video cameras positioned all around the property.

The Villa has under floor heating and air conditioning with a total of 14 outlets to ensure for a perfect indoor climate. In addition, there is a huge open fireplace at the top of the house for those romantic evenings. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, large freezer and a double-door refrigerator. There is also a guest bathroom.The main bedroom with sea view and air conditioning, has a king-size bed, TV, a 2-meter walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and a massage shower.The second bedroom, also with sea view, air conditioning and king size bed, has a large built-in wardrobe, a private sun terrace and a full en-suite bathroom with bath.

The third bedroom with twin beds, air conditioning, large built-in wardrobe and private sun terrace has a full en-suite bathroom with bath.
There is a further large air conditioned bedroom with double bed, large built-in wardrobe and a small basic kitchen area (perfect for nannies, staff etc.) Shared bathroom.
There is also a large area downstairs alongside the bedrooms with a double sofa bed, perfect for 2 children to share.

This house is everything it looks in the pictures and more, the layout around the infinity pool and interior design are second to none but the view from every room is what really makes this house so special. My family and I wanted to stay another week (if not indefinitely!) and the agents for the property are more than helpful to cater to any needs. The main town of St James is close as are all the top restaurants on the island. You will have everything you need here to make the perfect holiday, I know we will be making a re-booking! 5 of 5 stars

Great combination: lovely house, rice field and gorgeous sand beach!

What a beautiful house with a gorgeous view facing sun set and rice field; “you can not talk of such a place without crashing your decor, exceptional it is true! Imagine just come face to green rice fields and fields dotted with disheveled huts lonely 180 ° and 400 meters from the best beach on the coast. We had the chance to enjoy this place early June, it was perfect: sunny, lovely beach, warm enough water, very quiet… like a paradise; we would definitively come back to visit.

First off this is the first time I have bothered to review a holiday accommodation and secondly I am not entirely sure I want to share this gem with anyone else. But in the spirit in which we were received by the most gracious hosts of THE PLANTATION I feel duty bound to take the time to give credit where it is due.
