The main house consist of 106 m2, on the ground floor there is the living room with fireplace, television and, French windows opening onto the garden

A small gate at the north of the property gives you quick access to the village centre through the olive grove, under two minutes walk. The Eygalières tennis courts are at 300m as well.

This region has plenty to offer, the lively village of St Rémy de Provence is just 7 kilometres a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colourful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see.

The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence , is considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France, Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès and the are other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at only 30 to 45 minutes' drive and to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses.

“Great house, great location, great holiday”
We stayed at THE BAY on our 3rd trip to Barbados having stayed at Royal Westmoreland in previous years. We had high expectations given the photos and were not disappointed. As it turns out, the photos don’t do the house full justice. 

This is a unique house which we struggled to fault at all. In total we consisted of 6 adults and 2 kids and not once did we feel that we struggled for space. The house is very open and airy and set in a location which captures fantastic views and a nice breeze throughout the day and night. As the other reviews state you couldn’t get much better in terms of location. Short drive to Holetown one way and Mullins another short drive the other way. At the bottom of the hill is a great beach too.

This house is everything it looks in the pictures and more, the layout around the infinity pool and interior design are second to none but the view from every room is what really makes this house so special. My family and I wanted to stay another week (if not indefinitely!) and the agents for the property are more than helpful to cater to any needs. The main town of St James is close as are all the top restaurants on the island. You will have everything you need here to make the perfect holiday, I know we will be making a re-booking! 5 of 5 stars

Great combination: lovely house, rice field and gorgeous sand beach!

What a beautiful house with a gorgeous view facing sun set and rice field; “you can not talk of such a place without crashing your decor, exceptional it is true! Imagine just come face to green rice fields and fields dotted with disheveled huts lonely 180 ° and 400 meters from the best beach on the coast. We had the chance to enjoy this place early June, it was perfect: sunny, lovely beach, warm enough water, very quiet… like a paradise; we would definitively come back to visit.
