The spacious comfortable living room features two generous sofas, a large flat screen TV with pay-per-view, and direct access to garden. This room is connected with the adjacent eat-in kitchen through a large arched opening creating an airy social area.

Both bedrooms are air conditioned, and both bathrooms are provided with bathrobes and hairdryers

The furnished panoramic terrace facing the private swimming pool has plenty of seating under the pergola, a perfect shaded area to enjoy after sunbathing. The outdoor patio is ideal for eating al fresco, or for candlelight dinners, while taking in amazing views and getting some quality time with your friends or family.

SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS:

This charming villa is located in an organic estate that not only produces olive oil and wine, but it is also a natural reserve thus if you are lucky you’ll come across some pheasants, butterflies, boars, deer’s and hares running free on the beautiful land. Do not miss to taste the famous local wine at one of the many wineries of the area and to explore the nearby Montalcino (12 km), Pienza, Murlo, Montepulciano, as well Siena, San Gimignano and the Chianti area.

Electricity, heating, and water, Twice a week housekeeping service (Tue and Thu), Mid-week change of bath towels and bed linens (Tue), Garden and pool maintenance, Wi-Fi Internet connection

EXTRAS NOT INCLUDED WITH RENT:

Additional housekeeping service: €45 for each 3 hrs, Cook service, Cost of food and beverage, Heating in Low and Mid-Season: €50 per week

PLEASE NOTE:

Security deposit: €2000. Mandatory final cleaning: €100, Tourist tax: €1 per person/night (children under 14 are exempt)
In the months of December, January and February the villa is closed
Check-in: between 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm – Check-out: by 10:00 am, All the extra services must be paid locally, prior to departure unless otherwise arranged

Great combination: lovely house, rice field and gorgeous sand beach!

What a beautiful house with a gorgeous view facing sun set and rice field; “you can not talk of such a place without crashing your decor, exceptional it is true! Imagine just come face to green rice fields and fields dotted with disheveled huts lonely 180 ° and 400 meters from the best beach on the coast. We had the chance to enjoy this place early June, it was perfect: sunny, lovely beach, warm enough water, very quiet… like a paradise; we would definitively come back to visit.

THE PLANTATION is an architectural masterpiece and without doubt the most incredible place we ever imagined staying! Amazingly when we arrived it was even more astounding than we thought possible. Everything about the property and gardens was completely effortless. Everything was where you wanted it to be if you had designed it specifically for yourself! The kitchen, sunken lounge area, pool, bedrooms and huge open windows all set off by the elegant and stylish furnishings. Around every corner is another interesting view or stunning vista. This alone would have made our honeymoon stay unforgettable. However, we also had the incredible service and attention from the the owner and the ladies and gentlemen who prepared our food, kept the house spotless and the gardens effortlessly manicured. The location is also perfect for exploring the area, though, once you arrive it is almost impossible to leave the house. Finally I actually cannot believe the incredible value of it. We have paid 4 or 5 times this to stay in places that will not hold such as happy place in our heart.
